Alex Pereira to get a High payout for the short notice fight against Jiri Procházka in UFC 303

UFC 303 was the most anticipated and awaited UFC event of the year, as fans were promised to see the return of Conor McGregor in the ring. He was going to fight against Michael Chandler. But the fight was canceled as the Mac suffered from an injury and broke his toe.

After the cancellation of the McGregor vs Chandler fight, UFC replaced the main event of UFC 303 with a rematch of Alex Pereira and Jiri Procházka. The fighters last faced each other in UFC 295, where Pereira won the vacant UFC Light Heavyweight Championship by defeating Procházka.

But the news of Conor McGregor’s fight cancellation has disappointed many fans all over the world. As per Dana White, the UFC 303 PPV card was sold over a historic $20 Million gate. So, Conor was going to make a huge payday from the event. But, Alex Pereira was reported to claim a massive payout from the event, for the short notice call.
