The Ascendant presented by Blue Stars on July 11 at the TPC Colorado. The tournament is a part of the Korn Ferry Tour. Here we will know the prizemoney and payouts of the event.
We will see some talented golfers in the tournament. After winning last April’s Lecom Suncoast Classic and Veritex Bank Championship, Tim Widing is struggling to get his next victory. Taylor Dickson has also won two times this season. In his last game, he finished in the 55th position at the Compliance Solutions Championship.
Aldrich Potgieter, who ranks 15th in the Korn ferry tour has been sensational this year. He won the The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic at the beginning of the year, only at 19 years old age. Besides, he finished in eighth position in his last tournament at the Memorial Health Championship.
The tournament will be filled with many young talents, we will see Eight of the top 10 PGA tour university players this year. A total of 156 players will perform in this year’s event. Nicholas Lindheim won the tournament last year.
The Ascendant presented by Blue 2024 Purse:
The Ascendant presented by Blue 2024 will offer a total of $1 Million purse to the players. There has not been any change in the prize money this year. In 2023, the purse of the event was the same.
The winner will receive a payout of $180,000. This is 18% of the total prize money share. The runners-up will receive $90,000, half of the winner’s purse. the player standing third will take $60,000 home.Â
