The Simmons Bank Open is a part of the 2024 Korn Ferry tour. The tournament will be played at the Vanderbilt Legends Club for the next five years. The course is 7197 yards, with a par of 70.
We will see all the regular Korn Ferry Tour golfers at the event. Matt McCarty will be looking for his back-to-back trophy, as he won the Albertsons Boise Open last August. he also won another two Korn Ferry titles in the Pinnacle Bank Championship and Price Cutter Charity Championship.
Tim Widing finished at 41st Tie in this year’s US Open, he also participated in the PGA Championship. The Magnit Championship winner Max McGreevy will also be present to make the event more competitive.
The tournament will be live on Golf Channel. You will be able to watch the event online on streaming devices if you have the TV subscription. OTT platforms like Fubo or Sling will show the event live via Golf Channel.
Simmons Bank Open 2024 Purse:
The total Simmons Bank Open 2024 Purse is $1.5 million. There has not been any change in the payouts of the tournament from previous year. The winner will get a payout of $270,000, which is 18% of the total prize money.
The runners up of the tournament will receive $135,000 and the player standing third will get $90,000. A cut of 65 players will be made after the second round of play.
The winner of the tournament will receive 600 Korn Ferry Tour and 13.8 Official World Golf Ranking points.
